The Beckwith-Wiedemann Children’s Association of New Zealand (BWCA NZ) is a non-profit organization created for New Zealand parents, professionals, and others who are interested in the Beckwith-Wiedemann Syndrome.

The major goals of BWCA NZ are:

· To increase public and professional awareness of Beckwith-Wiedemann Syndrome (BWS) in New Zealand.

· To provide information and peer support to individuals and families in New Zealand affected by BWS.

· To provide social and educational resources for those who are affected by BWS, and for the medical professionals who treat them.
